What this covers

These terms apply to Couchmood at couchmood.com and in chat services such as Claude and ChatGPT. The provider is operator (see legal notice).

What we offer

Couchmood is free. We suggest films and series and show where they stream. Details on services and prices come from JustWatch via TMDb and may change before we update them. The offer of the respective service is binding.

We keep developing the service and may change or discontinue features. There is no right to the service being available at all times.

Account

An account is for one person. You can have it deleted at any time. We may block accounts that break these terms.

Play fair

Names in rounds and profiles must not insult anyone or infringe the rights of others. Automated bulk requests and attempts to disrupt the service are not allowed. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Content from others

Titles, images and descriptions come from TMDb; the rights belong to their respective owners. Links to streaming services and other sites lead to third-party offers we are not responsible for.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an essential obligation, and only for typical, foreseeable damage.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you have an account, we will let you know about significant changes.

Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
